For example to find butter, you would click on 'Chilled Foods' and then the 'Margarine - Butter - Cheeses' category that is displayed in the middle of the page. Then you simply scroll down the page to view the products available. Search Products The search function is available at the top left of the screen above the categories. This allows you to find a particular product quickly. For example if you require Nescafe Coffee, type this in and press search. The search function will display all products that have both 'Nescafe' and 'Coffee', then all products that have either' Nescafe' and 'Coffee' in the name or descriptions. If you want to find out more details about the product or view an image simply click on the product name link, this will take you to a fuller description of the products you are interested in. Back to top Add Products to Shopping Cart Adding products to your shopping cart is very easy and can be done without using the keyboard. Next to each product listed you will see . Option 1 Adjust the quantity box using and or by clicking in the quantity box and using the keyboard. Once the required quantity is in the box press . Option 2 Press the button until the required quantity is in your trolley. You may need to wait 1-2 seconds between each click to allow the Trolley to update. For example if you require 6 apples, press the buy icon 6 times waiting each time for this function to refresh.   Your Shopping Cart Displayed on the right hand side of the screen. The shopping cart displays all the products you have chosen together with the sub total. One of the benefits of shopping though our online store is that you know how much you are going to spend before purchasing. Removing items from your shopping cart To remove items from your shopping cart you can simply click the next to the item you want to remove. For further editing of your shopping cart you will need to start the purchasing process. But don't worry you can still edit all the details of quantities, remove items and add more items before finalising your purchase. Back to top Purchasing your items. Once you have all the required products in your trolley, click the 'Buy These Items' link at the bottom of the shopping cart summary displayed on the right of the page. The shopping cart will be displayed and quantities can be adjusted by changing the number in the quantity text box and clicking 'Recalculate Order' button. To order from here simply click the 'Order' button. Delivery Details After clicking the order button you will be taken to the contact and delivery details screen where you will need to fill out all of the fields marked with an *. Click the 'Proceed' button. Choosing your terms and freight After clicking the 'Proceed' button from the ordering screen you will be on the Terms and Freight Options screen. Choose the appropriate terms from COD (Cash On Delivery) to credit card. Select the appropriate freight options and click the 'OK' button. Confirming the order After selecting your terms and freight options you will be able to have a final view of the order before finalising the purchase. If you are happy scroll down and click the 'Confirm' button. To cancel the transaction at any stage simply click the Home link (top right) or close the browser. back to top Requesting a quote. Quick Quotes Quick Quotes can be obtained by simply filling out this form. Product Quotes Quotes can also be requested at the "product" and "shopping cart" levels within the catalogue and we receive the complete description/s on the products asked to be quoted upon. To get a quick quote for a particular item go to the details of that item and click the 'Request Further Information' link at the top of the page. To get a quote at the shopping cart level simply go to the shopping cart and click the 'Request Quote' button. back to top Payment Options Secure On-line Credit Card Transactions We have a vested interest in providing our consumers a very safe method for online credit card transactions.
